MRC-Spin - is a group indoor cycling class, structured to music, including hill climbs, sprints and more. Led by an inspiring instructor, who guides and motivates you through the session it's a cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that takes us on a stationary but sweaty ride of our life.
Total Body Workout is a total body conditioning class targeting every major muscle group without exception. Nothing escapes from getting the once-over in this ultimate conditioning experience.
Bums and Tums - A great lower body workout for those stubborn areas
Zumba - We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
